Challenge
The owner wanted the building itself to become media and lift tenant value — under the weight, wind-load, waterproofing and signage-regulation constraints typical of large outdoor work.
Solution
IP65 outdoor modules were engineered together with the steel substructure — structural calcs, permitting and installation handled end to end — with cloud-CMS scheduled ad slots after launch.
Result
Night-time visibility extends across the district, the building is now a recognised landmark, and the facade has begun earning as an ad medium.
