FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most, from selection through installation and operation.

Products

QWhat is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED displays?
A

Outdoor models offer high brightness (5,000–10,000 cd/㎡) and IP65-class weather protection for direct sunlight. Indoor models run at 800–1,500 cd/㎡ with finer pixel pitches (P0.6–P2.5) for superior close-range image quality. We propose the right spec for your environment.

QHow do I choose the right pixel pitch?
A

A rule of thumb: pitch (mm) × 1–2 m = optimal viewing distance. P2.5 suits viewers at roughly 2.5–5 m, P4 at 4–8 m. The closer the audience, the finer the pitch required. See our selection guide for details.

QHow long do LED displays last?
A

LED elements are rated for about 100,000 hours (20+ years at 12 h/day). Brightness gradually declines, so we recommend planning renewal after 8–10 years. Proper brightness settings and periodic maintenance extend service life.

QWhere do transparent LED displays work best?
A

They are ideal for glass facades, show windows and atriums where daylight and visibility must be preserved. With 70–90% transparency, they deliver impactful visuals without closing off the space. Film types that bond directly to glass are also available.

QWhat is the difference between ready-made and custom builds?
A

Ready-made products have fixed sizes and specs, with clear pricing and short lead times. Custom builds are engineered to your site's dimensions, shape and brightness requirements — the right choice for curved, oversized or special-format installations.

Pricing & Quotes

QHow do I buy products that show no price?
A

Because pricing depends heavily on size, environment and installation conditions, most products are quoted individually. Use the "Request quote" button on any product page and we will reply within one business day. Quotes are free of charge.

QWhat information do you need for a quote?
A

Helpful details include: installation site (indoor/outdoor, address), target size (W×H), viewing distance, mounting method (wall, hanging, freestanding) and budget range. Leave anything unknown blank — our free site survey will pin down the exact spec.

QIs the site survey really free?
A

Yes. Our specialists check dimensions, power capacity, access routes and mounting substrate, then present the optimal configuration and an accurate quote. There is no obligation to purchase after the survey.

QDo you offer rentals?
A

Yes — rental LED walls are available for trade shows, events and limited-time promotions, including setup, teardown and on-site operation. Tell us your dates and scale via the contact form.

Installation

QDo you install nationwide?
A

Yes, we install throughout Japan, and overseas projects can also be discussed. All work is carried out by experienced crews under our own construction-management standards.

QWhat are typical lead times?
A

Ready-made products ship in days to two weeks when in stock. Custom builds typically take 4–8 weeks after spec approval, plus installation. Large or special-format projects may take longer — contact us if your schedule is tight.

QAre there power or structural requirements?
A

Power draw varies with screen size and brightness, and a dedicated circuit may be required. Wall installations also need substrate strength checks. All of this is confirmed during the free site survey, and any electrical work is included in our proposal.

QCan you replace an existing signboard?
A

Yes — we handle removal and disposal of the old sign through to the new LED installation. Where existing brackets or power can be reused, costs come down; we assess this during the site survey.

Operation & Support

QCan you produce the content too?
A

Yes. We plan and produce everything from standard video and stills to 3D anamorphic (naked-eye) content. One-off productions, such as an opening video, are also welcome.

QCan I manage multiple locations remotely?
A

Our cloud CMS centrally manages signage across locations with scheduled delivery, automatic on/off by business hours, and day/time-based content switching.

QWhat happens if a unit fails? Is there a warranty?
A

A standard product warranty covers defects during the warranty period (terms vary by product and configuration). Module-level replacement means partial failures are fixed quickly, and scheduled-maintenance contracts are available.

Orders & Payment

QWhat payment methods are accepted?
A

Ready-made products with listed prices can be purchased online by credit card. Quoted projects are settled by bank transfer (invoice), and corporate payment terms can be arranged.

QCan I cancel or return an order?
A

Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins. For initial defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or repair. See our Specified Commercial Transactions disclosure for details.

QDo you support corporate invoicing?
A

Yes, corporate customers can pay by invoice (bank transfer). Register with your company name to track quotes and orders in My Page, and feel free to discuss terms for ongoing business.
