ledvision屋 (operated by S&T Co., Ltd.) handles personal information under the following policy.

We collect the company name, name, email address, phone number, shipping address, inquiry details and order details you provide when contacting us, requesting a quote, placing an order, creating an account or using chat. Cart contents are stored only in your browser. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by us.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, fulfill orders, provide after-support, and send important notices from the store.
3. Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Where necessary to operate the store, data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe, Inc.), our hosting/database provider (Supabase, Inc.), our email provider (Resend) and delivery/installation subcontractors, under appropriate safeguards.
4. Security
Collected information is stored in access-controlled systems, and we work to prevent leakage, loss or damage.
5. Access, correction, deletion
Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion can be made via the contact form and will be handled without delay.
